Certified Mailing Solutions, Inc. uses industry standard protocols for encrypting network communications and establishing the identity of websites over the Internet. SSL provides encryption for sensitive data in transit and authentication using SSL certificates to establish the identity of your site and secure connections between browsers and applications and your site. Everything is under the AWS infrastructure which puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy. All data is stored in highly secure AWS data centers.
Certified Mailing Solutions, Inc. is SAS-70 audited/approved for the secure process of data transmission to our facility, process of printing and entering mail into the USPS mail stream. This audit is performed annually. SAS 70 TYPE II
Your letters are printed in an enclosed secure facility, and all personnel has the highest security. The certified letters are printed upside down and immediately folded and sealed, before anyone even sees or touches it. After a batch of letters has finished printing, that batch is immediately archived and is made inaccessible to the printing operator. Folded and sealed letters are then trayed and prepared for delivery to the U.S. Post Office. The original mailing data files are destroyed after printing.
No unfolded or unsealed letters are ever allowed to leave the Certified Secured Facility. In the event that a letter must be re-printed, the original letter paper waste is discarded in a secure waste disposal unit, then shredded.
ERR™-Electronic Return Receipt
Eliminates the traditional green card (savings of $2.75) and the question “What happened to my mail?” if the traditional green card is not returned.
ETC-Electronic Tracking and Confirmation®
Allows clients to see the movement of every letter mailed each day. This is where eSignature, ERR™ and digital manifest is stored.
Data Storage
Data is stored in ETC™ for 10 years compared to the USPS who archives after 6 months & then purges after 2 years.
